How does your booking process work?
You fill in a brief enquiry form or send me a message with your travel ideas.
We’ll have a chat (phone, video, or messaging) so I can learn your style, interests, and must-haves.
I create a draft itinerary just for you, with options and recommendations.
We refine it together until it feels perfect.
Once you approve (agree T&Cs and deposit is paid), I take care of bookings, logistics, and all the nitty-gritty. All you do is pack and dream.
Do I need to know exactly where I want to go before contacting you?
Not at all. Many clients come with only a few ideas or a mood. I’m here to help you shape those into something tangible. Whether you have a clear vision or just a vague sense of wanderlust, we’ll co-create the plan that fits your desires, pace, and budget.
What about flexibility — can you change an itinerary mid-trip?
Yes, flexibility is part of the service. While many parts of your trip will be confirmed in advance, I build room for options. If you want to adjust a day, extend a stay, or swap activities, I’ll guide you on what’s possible and work with our local partners to make it happen when feasible.
How far in advance should I book?
Generally, I recommend 3–6 months to secure the best locations, guides, and rates. However, if you’re a spontaneous planner, contact me anyway — I’ll always do my best to make something magical happen, even on shorter notice.
Are bookings protected? What if something goes wrong?
Your peace of mind matters. I partner with trusted suppliers who carry the relevant licences and protections. Depending on your trip structure, parts of your booking may be covered by ABTA, ATOL, or similar schemes. Whenever possible, payments are handled via a secure trust.
If something goes wrong – flight delays, supplier changes, weather disruptions — you’re never alone. I act as your personal on-trip concierge, liaising with providers and working to smooth things out.
What about visas, health, and entry requirements?
I’ll provide you with up-to-date information about visa requirements, vaccinations, travel advisories, and any entry rules for your destinations. While I can’t obtain visas on your behalf in most cases, I’ll assist you every step of the way, guiding you through forms and trusted service providers.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions, mobility needs, or special celebrations?
Absolutely. From gluten-free menus to wheelchair access, from honeymoon surprises to milestone birthdays - simply let me know your preferences. I’ll coordinate with hotels, lodges, guides, and suppliers to make adjustments, wherever possible — so your trip feels seamless and personal.
Are group trips possible?
Yes. Whether it’s a family reunion, friends escaping together, or a small group adventure, I can plan multi-person itineraries. My focus remains boutique and personal — ensuring each traveller’s needs are considered, and that the logistics are handled smoothly.
How do payment and deposits work?
Most suppliers require a deposit to confirm bookings. I’ll clearly outline the payment schedule (amounts, deadlines, refund policies) in your proposal. Full payment deadlines vary by supplier and destination. You’ll always know what you’re paying for and when.
Can you build multi-destination trips?
Yes — I love designing journeys that weave together diverse experiences: a city, a jungle, a beach, a mountain. Whether it’s combining Southeast Asia with a tropical archipelago, or mixing safari with islands — logistical complexity is my specialty. I’ll ensure your travel flows beautifully.
Do you offer last-minute trips?
Yes, though availability may vary. For spontaneous travellers, reach out as soon as you can — some extraordinary experiences and boutique lodges keep last-minute inventory available. I’ll work quickly to craft something memorable even on shorter timelines.
Are all holidays booked with you ATOL protected?
Chloe's Curated Escapes is a trading name of The JLT Group, which is fully ATOL Protected (ATOL Number 12564). Many of the flights and flight inclusive holidays we offer are protected under the ATOL scheme.
However, ATOL protection doesn't apply to everything we sell. When you book, we'll always confirm which parts of your trip are covered. If your holiday is ATOL protected, you'll receive an ATOL certificate when the deposit is paid. Just make sure all parts of your booking are listed - if something is not listed, it won't be covered by ATOL
What is Protected Trust Services (PTS)?
Protected Trust Services (PTS) is a secure way to protect your holiday payments. It ensures your money is held safely in a trust account, giving you extra peace of mind that your funds won't be at risk before you travel.
When you book through Chloe's Curated Escapes, your payments are protected through PTS, so you can relax knowing your money is safe and your dream trip is secure.
